Life is moving so quickly! Trying to take a moment to slooow down.

Hi friends and family! Here's what's up with us: Elliott is trying his best to stand and walk! He has 3 teeth and solid food is finally starting to agree with him more! He's nine months old today! Melina is an amazing paradox of stunning wisdom and compassion mixed with inexplicable sadness and frustration over life's irregularities (like her sandwich being cut the wrong way etc). Being three truly is a mesocosm of All the Big Emotions. The wonderful ones! And the hard ones.  Tish just started a new job in Olympia, 70 miles to the south of us, so we are looking towards a move there in the next few months. In the meantime, I'm commuting there 2x/week, which is pretty rough on all of us... because here in Seattle area traffic land, 70 miles means 1.5-2 hrs each way... which means an awfully long time away from these precious ones.
 This face! Contemplating his dinner.
 So happy!

So, my new favorite exhibit at the Woodland Park Zoo is the tigers!  The other day we got to see the tigers (who I believe are siblings, play with each other like giant kittens).  It was amazing.

Melina had a parent watch day with her dance class! So fun to watch these kiddos express themselves!

At the Children's museum. We had a great time, although apparently this was a sad moment for Elliott.

Melina taking Auntie Hallie for a ride!

Holding a Madagascar Hissing Cockroach at the Pacific Science Center. I was so proud of my science loving girl!!

She was very serious about identifying butterflies.

Elliott love this tunnel! Thanks Ivy and family for passing it along to us!

Wearing her crown and wielding her drill like it's no big deal.
Watching the lights at the Seattle Center.

Hello Kitty at the Experience Music Project! Melina and Ivy had a blast.

Playing in the awesome playground outside.

 This guys loves clapping!
 Sibling life.
Standing baby! Trying to make a break for it.
