Ponytails and other ways our baby is growing up

This morning I realized Melina's hair was long enough to put into ponytails. I can hardly believe she is this big!
So proud!
Loving Morgan's yummy sourdough waffles.

We had some snow! Which for us was very exciting.  It was disappearing very quickly so we got out as quickly we could (which was actually very slowly) to explore our neighborhood.

At the zoo....
with her buddy Addie.
Melina really loves the toucans.  Even when the baby jaguars are doing amazing things,  Melina asks to "see toucan?" since they are near the jaguars.
 Sweet moments with Addie.

"Wait our turn octopus" This has become a mantra for Melina. She really loves this octopus at the aquarium and a few weeks ago while we were there, there were a whole bunch of kiddos playing with it  - so we waited our turn.... and for some reason this fascinated/resonated/was very memorable for Melina. She often will randomly talk about waiting our turn for the octopus.

 My baby wolf eel
 Melina says "Go Hawks!"

 Tasting the seawater
We went to the toddler program at the symphony - Melina loved it!
Showing off her outfit made by T-ma
It turns out that just hanging out at the symphony is really fun.

 With Neala and Mo

Post concert stories and playing with Eva and Amelia.

 Sweet big sister.
Neala and Mo!

Papas and kiddos - we miss you, Lauren, Jan and Nicolas!
Exploring Seattle's playgrounds.

I stumbled across the photos from last year's February post (in a folder creatively named "Feb Post") hard to believe that a year ago, Melina was trying her best to crawl.
